Scope of experience ranges from private practice since 1988 as well as positions with one of the largest financial institutions in the United States, a nationally recognized real estate brokerage house and one of the oldest and most respected consulting firms in the nation.
Clients have included banks, savings and loans, mortgage brokers, developers, law firms, private corporations and governmental agencies. The appraisal assignments performed for the aforementioned clientele have been for loan underwriting, collateral determination, estate tax, litigation and foreclosure proceedings.
